1st Star: (G) Connor Lee, University of Florida (D1): 1-0-0, 1.00 GAA, 0.980 SV%, 1 GA on 51 Shots
Gator goaltender Connor Lee has earned Week 18’s 1st Star of the Week with his stellar performance between the pipes against Florida Atlantic.
After missing the College Hockey South Division 1 playoffs last weekend, Lee got the start against the number one Division 2 team in the country, Florida Atlantic. Lee delivered a championship-caliber performance in a rematch of the Division 2 National Championship game a year ago.
Lee finished with 50 saves, including 22 in the third period, where he and the Gators held off a late charge by Florida Atlantic. The win was Lee’s sixth of the season and first since Nov. 17 against South Florida.
2nd Star: (G) Brandon Germano, Georgia Tech: 1-1-0, 1.50 GAA, 0.966 SV%, 1 Shutout
Though his efforts this weekend weren’t enough to get his team into the Division 2 playoffs, Brandon Germano had a heck of a weekend.
Georgia Tech finished a point behind Ole Miss for the final playoff spot due to their regulation loss to Vanderbilt on Friday night. In the defeat to Vandy, Germano made 41 saves on 44 shots. The following day, the Yellow Jackets swarmed Vanderbilt en route to a 7-0 win. Germano made 42 saves in the Georgia Tech shutout win.
Germano has started every game for Georgia Tech this season, giving the Yellow Jackets a steady presence in the net.
3rd Star: (F) Seb Henault, University of Alabama (D1) - 4 Goals, 2 Assists, 6 Points in 2 Games
Seb Henault of Alabama wraps up our three stars of the week with his explosive weekend against Alabama-Huntsville.

Henault followed up his first multi-point game of the weekend with another on Saturday, contributing a goal and an assist in a 7-1 win.
Henault is fifth on the Frozen Tide in scoring with 17 points(12 goals and 5 assists) in 24 games.
