With two conference playoffs completed, two more are still to come. We now have a clear view of who will be competing in the Division 3 Playoffs, but the last two spots in the Division 2 Playoffs are still to be decided.
Division 2
Miami has secured the final spot in the South Division for the Division 2 postseason, becoming the fourth and last team from the region to qualify. The Hurricanes earned a final point in their Friday night game against Florida Southern, while Lynn University dropped two games in regulation to Tampa. The South Division playoff teams will be Florida Atlantic, South Florida, Tampa, and Miami.
In the North Division, two spots are still up for grabs. However, Ole Miss's chances to clinch have narrowed after an upset loss to Middle Tennessee State. Meanwhile, Clemson moved into first place with a three-point weekend in Nashville against playoff-contender Vanderbilt.
The final playoff spot will be determined by a de facto play-in game(s) next weekend between Georgia Tech and Vanderbilt.
The top four teams from each division will advance to the Division 2 playoffs, which will take place February 21-23, 2025, at the Panthers IceDen in Coral Springs, FL. For more details, visit 2025 Division 2 Playoffs.
Division 3
Miami has secured the fifth and final playoff spot in the South Division. With all ten playoff teams now confirmed for the Division 3 playoffs, the action will kick off in less than two weeks. The Hurricanes clinched their spot after Embry-Riddle failed to earn any points in their weekend series against Florida Atlantic.
In the North Division, the playoff teams will be South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, and Kennesaw State. The South Division will feature Florida Atlantic, Florida State, Florida, Florida Tech, and Miami.
